2 Big Bike Launches in August 2022 – Royal Enfield, Honda

The two-wheeler segment will witness two big launches in the month of August. While Royal Enfield is ready to introduce its all-new 350cc motorcycle – rumoured to be called the Hunter 350 on 7th August, Honda 2Wheelers will bring in a new BigWing model on 8th August, 2022. Here’s a brief on the soon-to-be-launched new bikes.

The Chennai-based two-wheeler maker has already started dispatching the new Royal Enfield 350cc bike across its dealerships. Rumoured to be called the Hunter 350, the new model will share its platform, features and engines with the RE Meteor 350. Interestingly, it will be the smallest and most affordable Royal Enfield offering in the country. Powering the model will be the 349cc, single-cylinder engine delivering 20bhp.

The Hunter measures 2055mm in length, 800mm in width and 1055mm in height. Design elements such as shorter and smaller swing arm, a single piece seat and differently styled fuel tank will differentiate it from the RE Meteor 350. Since it will be placed below the Meteor, the RE Hunter might miss out on the tripper navigation system. It’s estimated to cost between Rs 1.5 lakh – Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom). More details here…
