15 All-New SUVs Launching in India in 2020

Upcoming MG Cars

The Indian auto industry is going through an unprecedented slowdown in the past 7-8 months. The auto sales slightly improved in October 2019, thanks to the festive season. Despite slowdown, the SUV segment is the most popular and growing quite rapidly. While Kia Motors had sold over 12,000 Seltos last month, MG Motors delivered 3,800 Hector in the same period.

The next 1 year will witness the launch of several new SUVs and the facelifts of the existing models. It is expected that over 15 new SUVs will be launched in our market in 2020. While Tata Motors will launch the Buzzard 7-seater SUV and the updated Nexon and Harrier, Maruti Suzuki will enter into the premium SUV segment. Hyundai will bring the next generation Creta SUV in the first half of 2020.
