Renault Triber Prices Increased By Up To Rs 10,000
Renault India has silently increased prices of the Triber subcompact 7-seater MPV. While the entry-level RXE variant continues to be sold at Rs 4.96 lakh, the RXL, RXT and RXZ trims are now available at Rs 5.59 lakh, Rs 6.09 lakh and Rs 6.63 lakh respectively.
Earlier, the RXL and RXT variants were offered at Rs 5.49 lakh and Rs 5.99 lakh respectively. It’s the second time, the fully-loaded Renault Triber RXZ variant received a price hike. The carmaker introduced larger 15-inch steel wheels to the RXZ trim and increased its price by Rs 4,250.
The Renault Triber has a modular seating layout offering enough space for 7 adult occupants. If needed, one can fold its second and third row of seats in a ratio of 60:40 and 50:50 respectively.
The subcompact MPV offers a boot space of 625-litres with the third row down. It comes with an option to remove one of the two seats in the third row, if required.
Powering the Renault Triber is a 1.0L, 4-cylinder petrol engine that’s good enough for 72bhp and 96Nm. Transmission duties are taken care of by a 5-speed manual gearbox. The company is planning to add an automatic variant to the Triber lineup.
Some of its key features include a touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, push-button start/stop system, manual air conditioning, side airbags and more.
