New Hyundai Verna Vs Honda City – Design & Interior

The new Verna is armed to the teeth with a large hexagonal grille up front, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, 17-inch alloys and LED turn indicators. Insides equips heated front seats, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, App-based navigation & voice control. Safety bits include most of the primary equipment such as ABS with EBD and dual front airbags as standard. While the top-spec trim gets six airbags and rear-view camera. In addition, the new Verna packs an autonomous emergency braking and all disc brakes.

With Civic inspired elements, the new City looks more appealing than the pre-facelift model with subtle changes like honeycomb grille, sleeker chrome-bar etc. On the inside, it packs automatic climate control, rear air-conditioning vents, Honda Smart Key System, engine one-push start/stop button, multi-rear view camera, driver side power door lock master switch, cruise control, 7-speed paddle shift, light sensor among several others. There is a 7.0-inch advanced touchscreen infotainment system with in-built satellite-linked turn-by-turn navigation, 1.5-GB internal media memory, MirrorLink for smartphone connectivity, WiFi USB receiver support for internal browsing etc.

The safety brigade on the new City comprises standard dual SRS airbags, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX compatible rear side seats. It additionally gets front side and side airbags on select trims, rear windshield defogger etc.
