In two days, we have witnessed two big SUVs have been introduced in the country. Yesterday, Renault launched Duster AWD and today, Mahindra introduces the all-new Scorpio. After completing a long 12 years journey, Mahindra Scorpio gets a comprehensive makeover. The vehicle gets several upgrades to both exteriors and interiors. Moreover, the chassis, transmission and other mechanical parts have been changes to make it more agile and responsive.
Renault India introduces the Duster AWD variant to offer more options to its buyers. The new Duster gets some cosmetic upgrades to both exteriors. Its closest competitor is the Scorpio S10 AWD, which comes with a permanent four-wheel drive system with Shift-on-fly system. The Renault Duster features a new ‘Anthracite’ alloy wheels, AWD badging, 4×4 moniker at the back, matte black B-pillars, three-pod instrument cluster, new three-spoke steering wheel, etc. It is equipped with a 4-wheel drive system driven by HALDEX clutch and independent rear suspension.
