Riding high on the success of Tiago, Tata Motors is preparing to bring its sedan twin, Tigor. The sedan has been caught testing several times across India and was first displayed at last year Auto Expo under the Kite 5 codename. Using the modified XO platform, the sedan will be third subcompact sedan from Tata which will be slotted below Zest, therefore expect aggressive pricing for the Tigor. As for mechanicals, Tigor is likely to receive 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and 1.05-litre 3-cylinder diesel engine with an option between a five-speed manual unit and an AMT gearbox.
