Official bookings for the Earth Glyde+ electric scooter and Evolve R and Evolve Z electric bikes have been commenced across the nation. Deliveries, however, will begin from March 2021. Interested buyers can pre-book the Earth electric vehicles on the brand’s official website.
The order can be secured by paying an initial sum of Rs 1,000. The Earth Evolve Z and Evolve R motorcycles have been priced at Rs 1,30,000 Rs 1,42,000 respectively. The Earth Glyde+ electric scooter costs Rs 92,000.
The company is offering an year long access to free charging from any Earth EV dealership center. There is an introductory discount of up to Rs 2,000 along with add on accessories including crash guards, helmets and more. Earth Energy EV has also extended exclusive invites for the test rides of the vehicles before delivery.
Powering the Earth Glyde+ is a 2.4W electric motor delivering a claimed top speed of 60kmph. The electric two-wheeler maker says that it “can compete with petrol scooters with its sporty looks providing you space, agility, and comfort”. The Earth Evolve R and Evolve Z use a 96 AH/Li-ion battery offering an electric range of 110km and 100km respectively on a single charge. The former can be charged 100% in 40 minutes with the fast charging facility.
