Bajaj Auto seems aggressive with its product strategies for the Indian market. The company will launch the new Platina 110, Pulsar 160NS and Pulsar 200SS and updated Discover in 2015. Interestingly, the homegrown bike maker is also planning to launch the powerful Pulsar 400 SS in the Indian market. First unveiled at the 2014 Delhi Motor Show, the sports bike will be a fully faired motorcycle.

The Bajaj Pulsar 400 SS is expected to go on sale in the country by mid-2015. First bike to join the company’s fully faired motorcycles will be the Pulsar 200 SS, which is expected to be launched in coming weeks. Talking about 400 SS, the sports bike looks aggressive and very busy. There is a huge fairing with many lines, while the fuel tank is very large that is likely to carry around 14-15-litres of fuel. It is based on the all-new chassis and it shares design cues with the NS200. At the back, the vehicle looks compact and features an all-new taillight. Feature list include an analog tachometer, digital speedometer with small screen that display new details. It also gets ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System).

The Bajaj Pulsar SS400 is propelled by a 375cc liquid cooled fuel-injected engine which is expected to produce 41bhp of power.  The Pulsar 400 SS is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 1.6 to 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom).
