The much-awaited Tata Bolt hatchback has been launched in the Indian car market. It will be the second car under the company’s HORIZONEXT umbrella. The Tata Bolt hatchback is available in four trim levels- XE, XM, XMS and XT and is priced at Rs. 4.45 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi.

XM- Rs. 5.16 lakh petrol and Rs. 6.11 lakh diesel
XMS- Rs. 5.40 lakh petrol and Rs. 6.35 lakh diesel
XT- Rs 6.06 lakh petrol and 7 lakh diesel
The Tata Bolt hatchback is available in both petrol and diesel guise. While the petrol version is propelled by a 1.2-litre turbocharged Multi-Point Fuel Injection unit that churns out a maximum power output of 90PS and a peak torque of 140Nm, the diesel unit is the 1.3-litre Quadrajet motor that makes 75PS and 190Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to front wheels via a five-speed manual transmission gearbox. Interestingly, the Bolt hatchback is the first car in its league to offer three drivable modes- Sport, City and Eco.
The Tata Bolt hatchback is offered in five exterior shades including Venetian Red, Pristine White, Platinum Silver, Dune Beige and Sky Grey.
