Modified Tata Safari Storme unveiled

India’s leading car maker, Tata Motors has showcased the customized version of the Safari Stome at the ongoing Autocar Performance Show 2014.

The tuned version of the Safari Storme is covered in striking yellow and black vinyl. The company has also added some other detailing to add sporty look to the SUV. At the front, the vehicle gets spoiler made of transparent plastic and faux turbocharger air inlet. Its bumper features a guard rail mounted on it that accommodates two additional fog lamps. There is dual-set of daytime running LED lights on the corners. The roof-rails are equipped with a set of fog lamps.

The windows features rain shields, while the handles are wrapped in black vinyl. At the back, the SUV features a towing hook made of tough steel. Its flared wheel arches have been fitted to 17-inch black wheels shod with 265/70R17 off-road tyres.

Inside the cabin, the customized Safari Storme has black leather seats with contrasting orange stitches. The leather wrapped steering wheel, and a Garmin GPS navigation unit are also on offer. It also features a Blaupunkt subwoofer which is installed in the back. Under the hood, the vehicle remains the same. The entire body kit is available at all Tata’s dealerships, and it costs Rs. 3 to 3.5 lakh.
