Maruti Suzuki is expected to launch the 2015 Swift Dzire facelift in the country by the end of this year. Before that, the company will launch the new Alto K10 in the first week of November. Maruti has already refreshed the Swift hatchback, and the similar upgrades are also expected on the sibling compact sedan. Seen here are the clear spyshots of the upcoming Dzire facelift, revealing new details about the car.
The Dzire facelift gets new front fascia with a large chrome grille complemented by slightly tweaked sweptback headlamps, an all-new bumper with restyled air dam and chrome enclosure for fog lamp assembly. The headlamps gets dark insert to give sporty look.
The side profile largely resembles the current model; however, the vehicle gets slightly tweaked alloys and door handle. Its wheel arches have been fitted to new 10-spoke alloy wheels, while the door handle has keyless access button. The vehicle shares most of its changes from the Swift hatchback. It will also get a new blue shade, which is also given on the hatchback sibling. The rear end gets new bumper and slightly modified components.
Inside the cabin, the updated Dzire would get new music system with Bluetooth compatibility, multi-functional steering with controls for audio and Bluetooth telephony, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs, push button start, i-Key entry, etc. Just like the hatchback sibling, the updated Swift Dzire is expected to see a mileage improvement of around 10 per cent.
