The Tata Nano is a small car which is easier to drive through busy and narrow Indian city roads. Its rear wheel drive system add to its driveability, makes it a driver’s car. Interestingly, the Coimvatore-based JA Motorsport has used the Nano offerings in best way to make a Super Nano.
Based on the Nano, the Super Nano is equipped with a full body kit, smoked headlamps and tail lamps, slick tyres, etc. Inside, the vehicle features a carbon fibre treatment on the dashboard, steering with paddle shifters and Recaro seats. But the surprising factor is the 1.3-litre engine that powers the Super Nano. This engine is claimed to offer a maximum power output of 230bhp, which allows the Super Nano attains a top speed of 190kmph. Its wheel arches have been fitted to dark grey alloy wheels shod with MRF ZLO racing slicks.
The Super Nano is claimed to be India’s fastest hot hatchback, thanks to its interesting specifications. Its braking system comes with AP Racing disc brakes; however, it misses out on spoiler. It lacks rear bench system, which now becomes a space for the 230bhp engine. It is priced around Rs. 25 lakh, and the Super Nano is best suited for race-track driving.
